Production Assistant Job Opening: Phone Meeting

Job Description: Kismet Mosaic is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented production assistant to help with order fulfillment and product processing.

This is a part-time, on-site position with potential to grow into a full-time role. Current hours are 10–15 hours per week, with a flexible schedule available during store hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 10am–3:30pm Saturday: 10am–2pm

About Kismet Mosaic: Kismet Mosaic has been in business in Colorado Springs since 2019. We sell mosaic art supplies and décor tiles for both creative projects and home or commercial installations. Customers can shop with us online (kismetmosaic.com) or in our retail store.

Expected duties: Duties for this position include:
Pull and pack products for orders
Bag and label by weight or quantity
Ship packages
Assist with décor tile prep and layout
Assist with in-store sales and customer service
Maintain products accurate inventory
Light cleaning and organization
Help with in-store customer service
Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
Frequent/prolonged standing and/or sitting
Visual ability to see different colors
Occasional lifting (no more than 20 lbs)

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Basic math skills (weights, counts, conversions)
Basic computer experience
Familiarity with social media or online shopping
Shopify or retail experience a plus
Interest in color theory or mosaic art

We’ll start you with simple tasks and provide training as you grow into the role.

Training will begin with simple tasks, progressing to more responsibility over time.
