Shipping Information for Kismet Mosaic Orders (as of October 2022)

At this time we usually use USPS Priority Mail for shipping your orders.

We do offer expedited shipping if you make a request at info@kismetmosaic.com or call 719-389-1337.

Kismet never charges handling charges

Shipping costs are calculated by our host system, Shopify. If you are ordering all glass tiles, beads, millefiori, and/or small items the shipping calculated at check-out is quite accurate. If you order large items (MDF shapes, Grinder, Grout) it is difficult to estimate the actual cost for shipping (especially when you add other small products to the order). Large item are bulky and require a larger box even though may be rather light in weight.

We refund any and ALL overages for shipping. Plus, we try to fit as many MDF shapes into a single box as possible! Kismet receives discount USPS/UPS rates, thus costs are very good. The more large items your purchase in one order, the better your overall rate will be.

Below is a fairly close idea of what you can expect to pay for domestic shipping:

$9.45- USPS (Small box or envelope) - Up to 4 lbs of small products.
$11.85 - USPS (Regional Rate A Box) - (4.01 to 9.0 lbs) of product (up to box size of 10"x7"x4.75")
$16.10 - USPS (Medium Box) - (9.01-14.0 lbs) of product (MDF shapes under 12" can fit into this box size)
$21.90 - USPS (Large Box) - (14.01- 18.0 lbs) of product (Large MDF shapes, up to 23" can fit into the 'Game' box).

International shipping costs:

$58.64 (4.01 - 20.0 lbs) of product in Medium box
$73.80(20.01 - 25.0 lbs ) of product in Large box

Europe

$37.85 (up to 4 lbs of small products) in Small box of envelope
