Saturday, August 14, 11am to 3 pm
Kismet Mosaic, 2433 N Union Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO
Grout. It can be the hardest part of the mosaic project. Specifically, what color should I grout this?
But there are also many brands of grout available.
In this class we are going to try as many brands as we can. We will discuss how grout can be used as a design element and how to avoid its pitfalls and problems.
If you have projects you need to grout, bring them! We may not get them grouted in class, but you will definitely come away with the knowledge you need to finish them.
You are welcome to bring:
- any grout tools you have
- your place to take notes
- a way to protect your clothing (apron, smock, etc)
- gloves if you can't wear vinyl
NOTE: In spite of the title no grout will be consumed in this class.
Cost: $40 per person
Supplies: provided with class cost. Supply handout provided in class.
